These terms govern use of BrazilGo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
BrazilGo provides conversational Brazilian Portuguese practice and learning feedback. It is an educational tool, not a certification, translation, emergency, legal, medical, or financial service.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, interfere with other users, or submit unlawful content. We may restrict accounts to protect BrazilGo and its users.
Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
The price, billing interval, trial if offered, and renewal details are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage cancellation in the Stripe customer portal; a scheduled cancellation keeps access through the period shown.
Your content and generated responses
You retain rights in content you submit and permit its processing to operate and protect the service. Automated tutor responses can be incomplete or inaccurate, so use your judgment before relying on them.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of BrazilGo and update these terms. We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
