Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026
Launch draft: the product owner should obtain legal review and add the operating entity and jurisdiction before public launch.
BrazilGo uses the information needed to provide personalized Brazilian Portuguese practice, operate accounts and subscriptions, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Information we collect
We collect account and authentication details, the learning profile you provide, conversations and voice transcripts, learning progress, usage and security events, subscription status, and account-support messages. Original voice uploads are not retained after transcription, and generated tutor audio is not stored for replay.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, personalize practice, generate tutor responses, maintain learning history, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, send essential account messages, troubleshoot failures, and operate BrazilGo.
Service providers
BrazilGo relies on providers for hosting and databases, authentication, AI transcription and responses, payments, transactional email, and error monitoring. They process information for those operational purposes under their applicable terms.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational or financial recordkeeping needs, and protect users. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update your profile, opt out of the public leaderboard, manage or cancel billing through the customer portal, and permanently delete your account from Account settings.
